Dear friends,
I would like to show our latest gadget: full titanium exhaust system produced by Arrow under specification of Enedan, a mad and passionate Griso owner/lover.
Well, to be precise, manifolds and compensator are in titanium, exhaust is stainless steel. The prototype was so beautiful that they decided to produce it.
Here some pics:

Hi.

I think that is very nice but I went on the Arrow web site and I find no listing for it. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks Eddie.

It's not yet in the catalogue ;)
Here the brochure:

Actually it's fine for all displacements.

Let me know if you need further information.
Cheers,
Gio

Thanks, I need one. The only thing is what sort of money are we looking at? Do you know if Todds reflash ECU would still work with this as I am going to go down that route at some point.

Excellent.I'm glad someone has at last produced a decent set of headers for the Griso.Sick of looking at those horrible chrome monstrosities. Ti header also have a unique sound to them which I like.
My only concern is that my 1198 has fitted to it (by me) a full Akropovic titanium system and their design has the header section ( from the head back about 120mm) made of stainless steel and from there a slip joint and the rest of the system in Titanium.
Akra make the best quality Ti exhausts in the world ( used on factory Honda motogp bikes in fact) and if they deem it necessary to make the first small section from SS then there must be a very good reason.
I am concerned that the heat and vibration from the Guzzi will crack this system at the head flange. Believe me a guzzi shakes around a lot more than a Ducati engine. Any idea what testing has been done on this system?
Ciao

I have a map for my full stainless system; https://www.guzzitech.com/forum/220/8115.html - shown below as well.
The full system looks like it offers just 2 hp at peak over their slip-on only. So I'm not sure what the benefit is outside of weight for a bike that weighs ~550 lbs.
I'm working on an all new system as well, which I'll post about in the near future.
I can get titanium systems done, but the cost will more then double all of my offerings, for the same power #'s, with a slight less weight; Good for Ducatis, etc, not so much benefit for Guzzi IMO.

Funny, I found this earlier this week on the grisoguzzi.it board and it took several hours of translation and sleuthing before I was able to track down a process. Now it just magically appears here today... :D The price is very reasonable whether you want to purchase the whole system or just individual components. Each piece was designed and fabricated to be interchangeable with any of the stock components.

Here are the prices currently offered (exclusive of VAT and inclusive of shipping to the US)

330 € for the stainless, homologated, conical slip-on exhaust.
300 € for the titanium header/collector pipes.
220 € for the titanium 2 into 1 midpipe.

That's 850 € for the system, or roughly $1137 USD at current exchange rates.

I've ordered a slip-on to try out as I like the looks and it sits low enough not to interfere with factory or c-bow bags.

Of all the different mufflers available I like Todd's the best. Has a refined and classy look to it. So the Ti headers and collector and Todds muffler. I'd like to see that combo.
Those wire wheels just "make" the Griso in the looks department me thinks.
Ciao

Todd do you do a header set for the Griso? I must admit I do like your setup.
Eddie, yes I do, it's the system pictured above. Contact me direct e-mail for more info; Todd at GuzziTech.com
