Just ducking over to the broher in laws to sort out a bike battery problem he was having....200m from home, cold tyres, lost the front braking for a car aproaching a roundabout, combination of cold tyres, cold brakes, cold brain, snapped hard left and actually was a small high side.

I'm ok...bike, rear brake snapped of the subframe, scraped the swingarm and carc housing, valve cover cracked and bleeding oil, oil cooler cover smashed...front axil nut ground down, forks not damaged...

If its not a write off , who the best to go to in Sydney for the repairs..

In Sydney? Either John at Moto discolour in St. Peter's ou Dave Ward at Moto Italia in Emu plains. What year is the bike?

Sorry to hear about your misfortune, sounds expensive!
As Pete meant to say -
John at - Motociclo - is highly recommended.
Not cheap but reliable and does good work and he is well regarded by multiple Guzzi people I know in and around Sydney .

Thanks , thats who I ended up sending it to, turns out Shannons called me not long after I posted this so I was put on the spot, as I had used John for a service before and its all parts that can be swapped out no painting I decided he was probably the best option.

Pete, its a 2010 8v...
