V7 Registry & Picture thread -- ADD YOUR BIKE

Re: V7 picture thread

Fulmer V2, but I'm probably picking up a Bell 500 pretty soon as well.

I have a Bell 500 and a Fulmer. The Fulmer is a better helmet for me. It fits better and is much quieter.

The rear fender eliminator makes a huge difference, doesn't it!

I ended up going with the Biltwell Bonanza over the Bell 500... just couldn't decide on a color/graphic for the 500 and dug some of Biltwell's finishes a bit more.

Thanks Pat, added above. Date of purchase?

Re: V7 picture thread

I just picked up this V7R in June and have about 800 miles on it so far, no mods yet other than bar ends but that giant rear fender is going to get the chopping block sooner or later.

If you do, contact me first. I'll trade you my V7R fender for yours. Mine's ripe for chopping.

finished up with the fender eliminator and replaced the front number plate with a Dart flyscreen . It's quieter than the number plate.

Re: V7 picture thread

Wow, I'm jealous! and a turntable garage stand! The swoopy Agostini's look better than I thought they would. Looks like you forgot to put on the mirrors... Someday I hope to get a Record kit for my Racer but I think its going to be a long time before that happens, hopefully they'll be available.

Got the bike this summer, just added these bits and bobs. Pumped about the look.

Welcome to the Forum and congrats on the bike... Looking great! Love to have your info for the Registry per the first post of this thread; https://www.guzzitech.com/forum/215/9108

I combined the pic and Registry topics in all sections.

Thanks, not my turntable, the shop was taking some pics. The kits seem to be hard to come by, took almost 3 months from the distributor. The agostinis were a bit of a gamble but I think they look/sound great. Hope to get a few more rides in this year on her.

Fairly new to riding (about 1 year on my 1965 Honda Dream 305) and new to the Moto Guzzi world - less than 1 week! I just purchased a 2010 V7 Classic and spent Christmas Eve morning at the DMV to get it registered. Not what most people would want to do over the holiday, but I was excited (and a bit nervous) to be there. :D

The Moto Guzzi is (obviously) very different from the Dream, but great fun so far. I've taken it out in the parking lot twice and took it out for a 50+ mile ride today. I was a little worried making the switch, but so far so good. Knock on wood!
