Has anyone else had the problem of all four turn signals just start flashing while riding in the rain?
This has happened twice. Once in a pretty good but not heavy rain, then again in a very light mist.
The turn signals will not stop flashing even with the bike turned off.
The only way to get them to stop it to disconnect the battery.

This is caused by moisture getting into the dash and activating the hazard light function. I've had this happen after the bike has been parked outside in the rain at a rally. Now I keep the dash covered when parked and left outside. As for riding in the rain, I have a small windshield that seems to keep the dash dry enough so long as I'm moving. Even manipulating the switch for the hazard lights won't stop the problem. There is a post on the forum about adding additional drain holes for the dash.

Look at my post on dashboard interference. I have pictures of the drain holes from inside and outside the dash. These should help you drill.

Better to cut additional slots using a dremel and cutting wheel than a drill. It is easy to go too deep with a drill and damage the circuit board.

How about coating the board with dielectric grease?
I have not taken the back off the gauge cluster yet so I am not sure how practical that would be, just wondering if anyone has ever tried it?

Don't do that. Vapors that are emitted may not do good things.

Anybody found any small or micro duckbill drains that would fit in the bottom of the back of the gauge cluster so water can drain out but nothing could get in?
