The mother load of all rides!

I rode a trail very similar to that in Wyoming when I was younger. It was a bridle path that went down the side of the mountain with a lot of switchbacks We rode up it and that wasn't too bad because the switch backs were turning into the side of the mountain. Coming down was a lot spookier as we had to turn out facing the abyss. A lot of the switchbacks were so tight we had to get off the bikes and drag them around the corner. I was on a 250 Matchless. Fun day! Not one to forget!

"Wow", amazing. Thanks for that, unbelievable roads in that country.
I'd be talking to the government about upgrades... ;-)

Luckily not too much traffic.

Dutch Creek Alberta. Haven't been there in many years and don't even have a photo to show you. The path climbs from a valley floor to a precipice ridge toward a final lookout. To the east you look out over the flat prairie and to the west all you see are peak after peak after peak. Hopefully someone out there has an image or two to share.

Something to see. A post from Oldmanjob right before I head to the Blue Ridge Rally where I last rode with him. Hard to catch that little v7.

RIP Bill.
