Bone stock except for a MPH Hard Start Setup, NOS Helibars I got from a gentleman here, and the right side center stand bolts and springs which jettisoned themselves off on her maiden voyage 2 months ago, since replaced with OEM parts.
I just acquired her last October with less than 4,500...
Maybe it's me, but I can diagnose and repair a newer motorcycle with "electronic crap", infinitely faster and more easily than any vintage bike with points and condenser. Truly. Modern electronics are a godsend of improvement over the older methods of doing things.
I think you experienced translation variances of Dutch to English. I don't think the literally meant "cut" but rather, they would have to open it to diagnose it.

You need to be sure to use FULLY SUBMERSIBLE fuel hose, like Gates.
Normal fuel line is resistant to gas only inside of the hose as opposed to being...
I thought the exact same thing too. In my whole life of motorcycle riding and wrenching, I’ve never seen that happen.
I am much more suspect of a chemical reaction with either something put inside the tube or inside of the tire inner space.
