If you Google something along the lines of "Moto Guzzi clutch adjustment" there a re quite a few Youtube vids. There may even be some on here. Use the search tab. I just clicked on the first one I saw and skimmed through it. But please follow the process in the correct order, i.e. clutch lever...

Yes. Loosen your cable at the bar adjuster, adjust the lever as per your photo, then "fine tune" the adjuster back up at the handlebar. I'm not familiar with the V85TT-it may also have a cable adjuster along it's length which will also need to be slackened before adjustment at the gearbox end.

Can you be more specific when you say, "the engine will crank, but not turn over."? Do you mean the starter engages but won't spin the engine sufficiently? If that's the case, probably battery...

The master cylinder piston is forced (via the clutch lever) along its bore. No fluid should by pass its seal.
Movement of the fluid (largely, fluid cannot be compressed-only subjected to a pressure) pushes the piston at the slave...

Usually, a pressurised cap will have a reading marked on it. It will be in psi (rare these days) or Bars/Atmospheres/Kgs per sq metre.

Off the top of my head:
Water in the fluid? Have you ever topped it up and maybe used the wrong spec fluid? It may help to have it pressure bled by a specialist.

One of the simpler things you can try is to swap over the HT leads. If the problem swaps sides, it's lead/cap. If it stays on the same side, it's something else.

It's a lot of work to take the rear fender off, but it'll sure give you a heap more room! Here's what I loosen/remove:
L/H Muffler
Wheel spindle (of course!)
Bottom shock mount and pivot it up out of the way

If you can see carbon, it got there because a gasket, or sealing surface has been compromised. My guess is these may (emphasis on "may") be a crush type gasket. Therefore, loosening them off and re-tightening them is unlikely to solve it.
Can't help you on if they are interchangeable with the 750.
Apologies, Todd as I'm doing this from memory. It look the same set up as on the T3 I owned way back. It's the splines that go into the clutch plates? If so, yes, I believe that nut retains the splined shaft in your photo.
Yep, that's way too loud. Check the clearances (both sides while you're at it) as per the specs. When did it last have an oil & filter change? That'd certainly be worth doing too. I'm guessing there are no other symptoms? Are the exhaust joints actually ok throughout the system? Hope you get it...

I may be a bit hazy with my facts here but a company called Triking made a Morgan lookalike with a Moto Guzzi (Le Mans?) engine. Then Morgan themselves went on to produce a 3-wheeler again but instead of a MG engine, decided to go with H-D.
