Also dealing with Todd has been great, and his products are top quality. The ECU reflash has made the v7 a nicer motorcycle. more bottom end, more top end, and gone is the dreaded waiting 30 sec- 1 min before you can move. no more low speed hesitation.
So I recently contacted Todd, about doing the ecu reflash, and one of his exhaust systems (I also ordered the Matris fork kit and headlight/gauge bracket). I already have Mistral slip ons, So I ordered up his headers and H pipe and inquired about putting a couple of his stubby mufflers on the...
My wife loves the idea of upgrading parts. We actually just ordered clip-ons, short adjustable levers, SSR preload caps, SSR emissions block off plate, M4 full exhaust, PC-V, fender elim, and rear seat cowl for her Ninja 300. She has been riding it fairly stock for the past 2 years other then a...
My wife rides. After I got my V7 (my first mc) she asked if she could take it around a empty parking lot. After one lap she returned and said " I'm getting one!". My wife has always been supportive of my interests and passion in life, its why we have been married for 13 years out of high school...
I don't see any reason why they cant get 68-70hp out of a 8v version of a 750 small block.
That being said maybe they can tap into the piaggio parts bin and use the h20 750 from a Aprilia Shiver 750 mounted in Moto Guzzi longitudinal crank position. 95hp/ 60 ft-lbs... just saying...
Glad hear your enjoying it. This is my fear though, doing all the work to reflash the ecu then finding out its not 100% be it because of popping. If we all lived in Cali I'm sure its easy to deal with. Any plans to do a East coast shop or maybe a east coast ecu flash group buy, we could show up...
That I remember from last year when I was in Airdrie AB. Decent riding weather didn't happen until beginning to mid may...even then the winds were annoying. Just remember, its been a bad winter for everybody.
