    Oh My!

I don''t see any police model parts on that wreck. What is being asked is way out of line. More like a couple hundred if you can salvage the parts. Bringing back to riding condition would be cost prohibitive, and only then if your state doesn't title bikes that old.

    Speedometer issue

I think you mean a kph faceplate on an MPH soeedometer. The ratio is about right. As to calibration if is possible to adjust spring tension, but the error on this unit is too great. Best bet is to source a different veglia speedometer, or go with a satellite based unit.

    ALL frames are the same.

Do note there are variations in the frames for attachment points. Also the biggest change is starting with the EV, the steering head is a different dimension and there is additional bracing.

    Measuring Throttle Plate Angle

As far as I know that can only be set at the factory with special equipment. A quick check is to look at the torque paint on the end of the screw. If the paint is still there you are OK, if not, start shopping for replacement throttle bodies. On the bikes that use the 15M or P8 ECUs there is...

A noob Moto Guzzi drive shaft question

While you have it apart, replace every seal and o-ring that you can. You shouldn't need to replace the shift return spring as the T5 has the updated spring. So you are looking at engine rear main, Gearbox input seal and the o-rings under the hub bear. Gearbox output seal (it does look like it...

How do you remove an ignition key switch?

If that fails, there is always GTMs method.

A noob Moto Guzzi drive shaft question

The rubber part you show is the drive shaft boot. It is there to prevent water and dirt from entering the assembly. There should be no oil there. As to the other end, the rear drive vents to the drive shaft housing part of the swing arm. It is not unusual to find oil there. Oil at that...

How do you remove an ignition key switch?

I've just cut slots in them and used a straight bladed screwdriver to remove. They are just an M8x1.25 bolts that is made to shear off when tightened as an anti theft measure. Just go back with a regular bolt.

2007 Norge Just Died While Riding

Ray1150 may be on to something since it appears to be heat related. Another component that can fail with heat is an ignition coil, but usually only one fails not both. A third possibility may be the main ignition relay, but relays usually work consistently or doesn't work at all.
