For all new members, we require ONE post in the Introductions section at the bottom, in order to post in most of the other sections. ALWAYS TRY A SEARCH BEFORE STARTING A NEW TOPIC - Most questions you may have, have likely been already answered. DON'T BE A DRIVE-BY POSTER: As a common courtesy, check back in and reply within 24 hours, or your post will be deleted. There is ZERO tolerance on personal attacks and ANY HYPERLINKS to PRODUCT(S) or other competing website(s), including personal pages, social media or other Forums. This ALSO INCLUDES ECU DIAGnostic software, questions and mapping. We work very hard to offer commercially supported products and to keep info relevant here. First offense is a note, second is a warning, third time will get you banned from the site. We don't have the time to chase repeat (and ignorant) offenders. This is NOT a social media platform; It's an ad-free, privately funded website, in small help with user donations. Be sure to see the GTM STORE link above; ALL product purchases help support the site, or you can upgrade your Forum profile or DONATE via the link above.
Be sure to see the GTM STORE link also above for our 700+ product inventory, including OEM parts and many of our 100% Made-in-SoCal-USA GTM products and engine kits. In SoCal? Click the SERVICE tab above for the best in service, tires, tuning and installation of our products or custom work, and don't miss our GT MotoCycles® (not) art on the BUILDS tab above. Like the new V100, GuzziTech is full throttle into the future! We're now running on an all-new server and we've updated our Forum software. The visual differences are obvious, but hopefully you'll notice the super-fast speed. If you notice any glitches or have any issues, please post on the Site Support section at the bottom. If you haven't yet, please upgrade your account which is covered in the Site Support section or via the DONATE tab above, which gives you full site access including the DOWNLOADS section. Thanks Todd. I had a 2008 Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport with your full Power Commander system goodies on it. Sold that to my friend Doug Haas who is also a member of this forum.
Saw the 2015 leftover Griso and couldn't pass it up as I also have a BMW which fills the sport-touring duties now...
The gas filter is inside the tank in line with the fuel pump. MG Cycle has the all metal Uni gas filter for just under $15, part # 01106090. I replaced mine around 22,000 miles, at that time the plastic had become rather distorted and discolored. You will also need the hose clamps made for...
In regards to AMSOIL I use their severe gear 75W90 in the transmission and CARC. Shifting is butter smooth.
I use their motorcycle specific 60 weight engine oil. The product code is AHR.

Re: Re:Boooo on Boston Legislation
I think you forgot to include the "laughing smiley face" after this statement.
I guess we all have different opinions and definitions of how we judge excellence of those voted into public office.

Welcome Dan, if you like AMSOIL products I recommend their 60 weight motorcycle specific oil. The product code is AHR. It will provide the wear protection the tappets need. I do all my own maintenance and keep records of all valve adjustments. Since switching to this oil I noticed the valves...
I had the same pressurization problems as well. Scrapping this canister and associated plumbing was the first mod I did to the bike. After removal I had a smoother idle with less surging and much less popping on decel. I simply plugged each connection on the throttle bodies instead of running...
I see a few others beat me to posting their impressions! So far my experience is all good. I got the whole kit for my 2008 1200 Sport - Power Commander, Auto-tune, airbox lid (a thing of beauty), and revised ECU. I'm running a K&N air filter and Agostini slip-on with the baffle removed. I...
To add to that, my understanding is that you must also calibrate the Power Commander to 0% throttle opening and 100% throttle. The procedure is detailed in the PC V instructions posted elsewhere on this site.

I had a similar problem with Corbin a couple years ago. I sincerely hope you have an easier time of getting your problem resolved than I did mine. Took me many phone calls and emails before I got anywhere. It was such a frustrating experience that I hesitate to buy anything from them...
My 2008 1200 Sport had the same problem. When the shop removed the seal they noticed it had some foreign material on it which prevented it from seating properly. Had it replaced in a few hours and now 8,000 miles later no problems.

I have a 2008 1200 Sport. The Breva 1100 heated grips are a perfect fit. The dash display and operation of the grips are exactly like the Breva. Everything is the same.

Hello everyone, since I'm lucky enough to own more than one bike, I need more than one job to help pay for it all! My fulltime job is Director of Environmental Compliance for a small independent petroleum distirbutor. About a year ago I started Oxon Investment Group, L.L.C. which is involved...
