    2014 Norge handle bars

    If you go to wildguzzi .com Norge Pilot has a thread explaining how to make a low cost riser. The Heli Bars only work on bikes to 2010. I tried a set on my 2012 because the oem lists the same riser according to my dealer. Problem is they are not the same.

    According to the online notes at Moto International the risers wont fit the 4 valve Norge, only the 2 valve.

    Engine shutting down on cold start

    Glad to hear the problem was resolved. On my 2012 Norge I have found that if I give it gas as I push the starter it will fire right up like you used to have to do with a carburated engine. It works so I never questioned it.

    OK - I give up. Norge reserve tank??

    I have had problems with the fuel gauge accuracy. I went 220 miles before the bike got very quiet and required walking it. You will be better served tracking miles run and filling up based on that.

    2012 Norge

    It has been my experience that 220 miles to a tank is about it. I get 32 to 34 in town and up to 39-40 mpg on the road. I have learned not to trust the gas gauge but fill up based on miles driven. I would see if you have the latest mapping to try to improve on the running. If you haven't had the...
