    Keys

I have 2 keys for my Stelvio; the second I had to programme. Someone said that I should also have a 'TAG' with the number of the key that should have been supplied with the bike. I remember that I had a 'TAG' with my Triumph but dont remember having one with the Stelvio. Anyone got a TAG with...

    Recall Question?

Got mine back last week and was ok when I drove it home. However, took it out for a blast last night and it has certainly lost some power and also 'pings' when I pull it under power. Its going back again to be sorted.

    Can anything else go wrong!

Thanks all for your concerns and its nice to know that I am not on my own here. Picked up the bike from the dealer this evening and it was the '0' ring at the top was at fault and he said the one at the bottom was ok. So off I zoomed again into the sunset to see what else could go...

    Can anything else go wrong!

The dealer has been very good and also very understanding. No quibble yet with anything that needs replacing but what worries me is that they already know whats wrong and just waiting for us poor riders to bring them back. Im just waiting for one more thing to be replaced and then will think...

    Can anything else go wrong!

To be honest, I really enjoy driving the stelvio and like all new models needs some time. I think with all the replacements on this one I will soon have a new one. Its not good though when you go out for a day and think that something is going to happen. Lets see

    Can anything else go wrong!

Since December 08 Headlights wired up incorrectly; one was dimmer than the other Starter switch broke and burnt out the starter motor Fogged up clock Speed sensor was showing 185mph at a standstill - waiting replacement Side stand bent and bike nearly falling over Cam Recall resulted in...

    Stelvio model years/VIN numbers

Would I buy another one - probably yes even though mine has been back to the dealer 3 times; fogged-up speedo, starter switch stuck in and burnt out all the fuses and the starter motor and the headlights were wired up wrong. Dont like the 'on-off' effect but thats typical of a twin with the...

    Speedometer

Thanks for this and will try it out. I still have difficulty in getting the selector to find the menu. I do what they say in the manual but I always seem to end up switching on and off the heated grips.

    On-Off effect - Fuel injection

It realy is uncomfortablle when in traffic and in 30/40 zones trying to keep a steady pace. The Dealer said that this is due to EU emissions and sugguested that I keep the revs up and use lower gears. I will try as see how it goes. Reading all of these issues that Stelvio owners seem to...

    Speedometer

Hello there I have asked about this at my local dealer as there is no option to change from mph to kph in the manual. However, they do have a CODE that they will enter that does this. But I have to take the bike to them before I go away and they will do it while I wait; and also on the return...

    On-Off effect - Fuel injection

Does anyone else experience this 'on-off' effect when riding the bike. I have noticed that when I am just riding at a steady speed, neither pulling or shutting off, it feels like the engine is about to missfire and cut out. Is this something to do with the EU emission regulations. Can...
