    Breva windshield- HELP!

I had the stock shield and replaced it with the tall Mana touring shield from Skidmarx, a fair bit taller and offers more protection which is what I was looking for and fits the stock mounting hardware directly. There's a little bit of turbulence off the top bit overall I prefer it to stock.

    Redirect engine heat?

I wrapped the headers (standard header wrap) and that too noticably reduced the heat I get on my legs; that is with the standard cat and before a reflash. Just rode 3 days in 30+ heat coming back from the national rally and was very comfortable...plus it looks cool (I think)

Check my profile pic - it shows it reasonably well...if you'd like a close-up, PM me and I'll snap one when I get back this w/end.

    Exhaust discolouration

My solution was to use header wrap...apart from hiding the discoloration, has the added benefits of shedding less heat on your legs (I found it got quite uncomfortable in warmer weather) and it's supposed to be good for performance (although I can't say I really noticed it)...and it looks pretty...

Looks like a good system, but I have my doubts about mounting it on the Breva 1100...naked...no place to attach. Will be interested to see how it goes with the Sport. Although this sounds like it should become a separate thread on windshields :-)

New Quill pipe for a Breva 1200

I have the same buffeting issue...@ 6 ft my head is well in the windblast coming off the top of the screen. I'll be interested to see how it works - sounds like the solution; please share your experience once it's on. I added the Stelvio guards as well - excellent addition.

    Whats wrong with my Guzzi?

Same here...dileriously happy with my Breva 1100. Great fun to ride, very comfortable and only had an issue with the dash (4 months, 4000-ish km I think)...as at exactly 1000km the LCD on the instrument panel mysteriously died. Everything else (speedo, tach, idiot lights) on it works fine, so...
