Can you tell me about the Speed Edge? I ordered on but never received it and am about to cancel it with PJ Parts. Did you NOT like it? Vivo

    Am I missing something ???

All this bolt on crap isnt so much of an issue. I would bet Moto Guzzi never manufactured the crash bars, just like the lamps. I'm installing inline fuses to both my lamps, if one shorts no big deal is it? This is an easy fix, you guys know the cause and yet you cry about it... how difficult is...

    New to Guzzi

Oaktree... Just from the brief talk about throttle response and picking up the front wheel kind of thing, I can suppose this isn't the best bike for you. The Guzzi is a cool ride, it is what it is . I believe there is a better fit elsewhere... Multi, Explorer, Capo, 13 GS... Those bikes might...

NTX tankside airdams on '09 Stelvio??

I think those little deflectors work, I wasn't getting enough wind for summer riding so I took em off. It's better, so they block air. I am also thinking for getting a stock screen to cut down, same issue, I want more air in the summer... Next up. ECU reflash... less heat hopefully... Vivo

Guzzi Stelvio NTX vs Ducati Multistrada, Road Runner Magazin

Re: Guzzi Stelvio NTX vs Ducati Multistrada, Road Runner Mag Thanks for the link... You get the impression that the bikes were actually ridden. So many of these articles are worthless. There is one on the stands now, Motorcycle Sport and L... It's a 14 page adventure bike shoot out that says...

Carc seal failed a second time

I am also NOT enjoying the new format. Way more difficult to read via smart phone. Too busy and not as clear as old version. .. Not expert on carc seals, not heard multiple failures but sure someone like Pete Roper will answer with expert knowledge. Vivo

    NTX Grounded No Parts Available

I'm in New Jersey and it took almost two months to get a replacement tank and faring but I was in no rush. A replacement instrument cluster took a few weeks. Sorry your having issues getting a new headlight. No sure why the dealer can't get your part, nothing I needed was in the US, everything...

    Stelvio Nose Cone

Quack quack Said Goosey! Odd those mud guards... functionally redundant and yet it's the bow tie some manufacturers can't seem to see beyond... nice enough fit on your bike though... Vivo

    Should i do it??

Price a brand new bike. It will have two year warranty intact, and then make a choice between a new bike and a used bike. I'm not certain a used bike is a better value? I would price both. Vivo

    Seriously?

vibration is the issue... then do what manufacturers do.... isolate the lamps by making a rubber connection, same idea as a motor mount. Get to it! Now, and post pictures when ur done! Ok, and sell them cheap to us too. And... don't write anymore until ur finished. Vivo

    Contemplating a Griso

Small electrical parts, kill switch example, are not made by the bike manufacturer and are common to other brands besides Guzzi. Personally I don't shut bike down with the kill switch, I cycle the ignition key for start and stop. I'm thankful we have a normal ignition key instead of a...

    Should i do it??

The Griso handling will be a huge improvement along with more comfy seat and old school character that the VRod doesn't really have. The VRod engine would be quieter and have a smoother feel overall but the Griso engine is a genuine air cooled beautiful thing too. They are different. I tested...

    Guzzi ramblings... you've been warned

Welcome... Best to define your needs. The Griso can tour, one up might be best, the ergonomics are fine and the seat is comfy. The Norge and Stelvio can tour two up, the Stelvio is fine for 5'9. Best to define your needs. I owned a Griso which I loved. My girlfriend and I wanted a betrer two...

New Griso Owner - 2013 Black Devil

Welcome to the forum. Great bike. 150 cc to Griso? Just take it easy for a bit, rider training or books like Proficient Motorcycling are a good investment if you've been away for a while. Watch that rear brake, my Griso 1100 was too sensitive and could lock up in an emergency situation. Have...

Bike Humming - even when shut off

My Stelvio does the same buzz. It buzzes and stops for a half minute and buzzes again, sounds electrical somehow... it doesn't stop because I've waited five minutes and cycled the ignition but the sounds continued. Forgot to mention it on my first service but they owe me a fuel tank, faring...
