    Making V7 Stone mirrors work

I'm changing out my mirrors for a pair of 3" CRG Hindsight LS's on my bar ends. I cant see anything in my mirrors besides my shoulders.

Hey Todd, i can confirm it is blocked by something at least. I put a probe down and pushed and something was there, perhaps a plug from the inside but i wasn't keen to put much pressure on it.

I saw that but i think the parts lists ive seen online don't show this new model intake pipe. I was thinking perhaps its a pipe that only gets drilled out for certain countries with evap requirements?

Anyone know what this is for? I don't see any pipes missing a good home, just seems to be sitting there. It's the Y intake pipe between the throttle body and the heads.

*Removed* Hate it when you cant remove a post... May as well make something of it ;) Just a thought, the old model crash bars wont fit the new V7II because the ABS module sits in the previous mounting position.

    V7 Crash Bars

I spoke to my dealer about the Stucchi vs Agostini design. He said that the Stucchi (wrap around) might impact the fins and crack them off rather than scratch the fins if the bike was able to roll far enough to get around the Agostini design. I'm not sure which is possible or if at that point it...

Agostini said the following in regard to their 2-2 exhaust: "Hi Chris, thanks for your request. If you mean the racing exhaust system, it will be released in approximatively one or two week. For the silencers there are no differences between the new V7II and the old ones, so they all will fit on...

Hey All, I went for a good ride down the coast today after picking up the bike. Just a couple more pics up on my google drive, taken with a gopro on my chest. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bzo6Ike0oeHWfk1WMTBrd29ZeFdVdVZGa28wSzgxQy1wV18zUmwwNlc2LXJlcFRSdW5FeEU&usp=sharing The...

I put this on another forum but ill put it here too. I suppose i should ask prior. Is there anything anyone would like pictures and or information on specifically when i see/get it? The dealer picked up the bike this morning, im going there after work to sign the papers. Not sure on specific...

It's the heron cylinder head configuration, and again a combination of needing bigger valves and needing a higher lift/longer duration camshaft. All engines are just an air pump, so it's pretty straight forward to figure out the weak points. There's another post in the custom section with a V7...

I'm sure traction control was just a side benefit of using the Continental 'two-channel ABS MK 100', as in it was a no brainer and probably would have been more difficult taking it out of the loop.

I am told it should be prepped and ready by the end of this week or very early the week after. I have bought it from the same dealer (Thunderbikes) who prepped the Guzzi's for the Perth photo shoot with Ewan McGregor for the 2013 California 1400 .

I would have thought that the camshafts and valves on this engine would be much more the restriction then the throttle body diameter. These two sites I found the other day look very promising, surprisingly hard to find cams for a v7 perhaps...

I'll be riding my new V7 II very shortly (on order, available in Aus already). All year, 5 days a week minimum ill be riding it in and out of the city CBD. I'm very happy to have ABS/traction control on my side. We don't really (if ever) get snow in Aus, but i ain't no fair weather fairy ill...

New V7 2>1 Italia Offering - Introductory Pricing

Hi Todd, Chris from Aus again on the V7II. Any word from these guys on availability of the new model exhaust from their side? Ive been looking at your system versus this actually, not sure which will give more clearance on lean and if thats even an issue at all with both of them. Cheers.
