    Anyone with factory panniers?

I have the V100s with factory panniers, done about 3000k's and they haven't fallen off. They are very secure but after reading on here that some people have lost a case I always double check the fitment. The ones that have fallen off is operator error, you have to make sure they are pushed...

    Front Brake Hydraulics Issue

I have that issue on my Breva rear brake, its the vibration on the caliper, as it moves on its pin it pushes the pads in a very small amount. I regularly operate the pedal very lightly so that when I do need the brake its not a shock. Try it yourself, grab hold of the rear caliper and wiggle it...

High beam draining the battery on my Norge 2008

My Breva 1100 had the same voltage discrepancy as yours. I cleaned all the electrical plug connectors and fuse holders one time and the best I got was 0.7v difference. I believe the reason is the long run and thin wires causing a volts drop.

High beam draining the battery on my Norge 2008

It is quite difficult to bench test an alternator, you can check the diodes but a bit of electrical knowledge is required, far easier to take to an auto electrician who can set it up and run it up to speed. I'm sure the output is around 540 watts, so make sure your not pushing it, add up lights...

Don't assume green is ground, on my Breva blue is ground. Use a meter to test and confirm. On the V100 I think Yellow is the tail light and yellow/green is the brake light

Warranty and dealer installed OEM options

I installed my own centre stand, went on very easy, the V100 had spacers which had to be removed to insert the stand. A couple of the bolts go through the foot peg bracket. I put loctite on the threads and its been good for 4000Kms. After a new install check it a few times but then you should be...

I found the front engine casing of my V100 was getting hammered by road debris due to the short mud guard. Ive done a temporary fix till something better comes along, I cut a 4lit plastic oil tub to shape and sprayed it silver and secured it using the two front radiator bolts.
