    160 000 Kms

Gday Mackers, no. I changed that after I put the seal protector on backwards once. As things wore, they were replaced under a fairly strict budget, that was over ruled by common sense. The ability to add fuel to the right hand side is the most outstanding mod/repair ,backed up by an overhaul of...

In the meantime....I like how my bike goes..My bike has had 2 aftermarket maps in him . The full box and dice Power Commander setup and the Guzzidiag...

    Valve cover oil leak

If you use the green gaskets you will see that one side is smooth and the other matt, fit them shiny side to the head. The gasket will stick to the cover making it easier to remove ....eventually. After fitting new gaskets and indeed re-using old ones , let the bike go through a few heat cycles...

    Valve cover oil leak

If you use the Green gaskets you will see one side is shiny(ish) and the other is matt. Fit the shiny side to the head. Exhaust Header Questions

Thanks for the replies.I contacted Peter Gray, a Mk3 owner, and he has been very helpful. I do not think my pipe(s) are cracked, but think that when hot the inners are contacting the outers. The movement marks at the ends (on the inside of outer) lead me to this conclusion. The brackets have...
