I have 55,000 miles on my '07 Norge and found the slow speed handling to be slightly heavy, it will change with different tires. Once at running speeds the handling is fantastic. I run Mich. PR2s and with them the slow speed handling is better, by slow speed, I'm talking parking lot tight...
from my experience the TPS can be reset with the vdsts, but it goes to a setting of 4.6, which is what it is supposed to be. Make sure it has the latest mapping tho.
for checking oil I took a long piece of pvc pipe, cut a notch in one end to fit over the dipstick to unscrew it. once it is out drill a small hole thru the flat part of the stick, then take a piece of wire with a 90 bend in one end, run it thru the pvc to hook into the hole drilled. now you can...
My '07 Norge seemed low on torque at low rpm also, it was also a little rough in slow speed. The ECU was remapped at the national in colorado and the slow speed and low torque have been rectified. Still likes to run at or above 3000 rpm. I have not ridden my R1200RT since getting the Norge. I...

Dan and Randy dropped the baton off with me today. Pic below of 6 Guzzis at the relay point, 2 red Norges, 1...
I have two T3s and these are great bikes. The first one I got had an oil leak under the trans. where it connects to the engine. First thing you want to do is determine if it is engine oil or gear oil, the smell of it will tell you what it is. Mine was a combination of trans. input shaft seal and...
I put 1 1/2 inch risers on my norge and it made a big difference in long haul comfort. Thats about all you can stretch the cables/hoses so any more would get spendy. I'm 5-9 and 30 inseam also.
I don't have a rattle in mine but I do have a skidmarx shield and I like it. Granted, it is not thr prettiest but i leave it down except when riding in heavy rain.
have had the norge about 5 months now, it has 11500 miles on it with no problems at all. Would not give a second thought about going cross country on it. Just go and don't worry about it. My nearest dealer is 75 miles away but my bike has not been there for service as I do my own which is very...
