    Eldorado Passenger Back Rest Info - READ IF INTERESTED!

    I had it all fabricated by our workshop ,including the upholstery (they maintain vehicles and heavy plant for construction) . The clamps could do with a buff on the polishing wheel, bikes been resting under the dust covers for the last 2 mths waiting for some cooler weather.

    I only put the db killers in there once a year for the vehicle inspection, its loud with them out, but sounds amazing. IMO they also fit well with the look of the bike. Only issue I have had is that the end caps were plated which started peeling off, so just removed the plating and polished them.

    It has hinged clamps with an allen bolt, so no modifications required to the existing rails and quick to remove.

    Installed the PC-V, AT 300 and ECU remap, already had V performance pipes and K&N. Installation was pretty straight forward, took me around 4 hours with no issues.     Made a simple backrest to match the looks of the Cali, it clamps to the lower rail and gets support from the upper rail. Takes a couple of minutes to fix/ remove and stores in the side bag.

    Just experienced the dead bike at the side of the road, water got into the fob and then would not disable the alarm. The red light on the fob was coming on when the button was pressed, but on latter inspection I could see it was not as bright as usual. Had to leave the bike, then decided to...
