    V7iii Agostini engine bars

Hmmm may be due to the cylinder heads being offset from one another. If looking from top down one will appear 'ahead' of the other. Blew my mind when I was told this! Same story on BMW's also :)

V7 Classic - Loud squeal following 9k mile service

This exact same thing happened to me after a service. Ended up being caused by a shot Thrust Bearing!

    Is the v7 Stone (2013) a keeper?

Such a shame some don't want to help others that are willing to learn. The service manual I have has the following list regarding oils, I hope this may clear up some air. (If they are indeed correct) My manual also has a guide for removing the engine, if you would like I can link it to you :)

Is it normal that I have to warm up my V7II 2016?

Take 5 minutes extra and warm up the bike, it will thank you later! I roll my bike out of the garage, start it up, put my jacket/helmet/gloves on and it's always ready to go. ECU flash tool from Todd is an excellent investment for your bike!

Is there a way to dim the instrument lights on a V7 III Special?

*EDIT* Sorry thats for the V7 1.5! Yes you can, I accidentally found out the other day. As soon as you start the bike, press the right button (Clock/Temp) and it will adjust the brightness in three levels if I remember correctly. Found out by trying to see the time as soon as I started mu...

New to MG. 2nd Hand bike check

Hey mate! Only 4200! Not even broken in yet ;) Sounds like the clutch might have been the thrust bearing, I had mine fail and it does make a very nasty little scream. Some things I have done to mine recently have been flashing the ECU through Todd here, awesome little device. Also I just...

Just picked up my bike from having the VR installed. Had the mount that @Stradagene kindly put up for us fabricated at a local shop, powder coated black also. The plug is used to talk to the ECU for dealer updates or a re-flash from Todd

Insane squeal when I pull the clutch lever + bike squealed and died when starting

Something similar happened very recently to mine right as I picked it up after a service. It was the thrust bearing at the clutch. Very scary sounding!!! Luckily I was already at the shop, they took it straight back and fixed it asap. It was a $35 part.

    GTM ECU V7 & V9 Flash Tool

I thought I might add a little review for any not too sure about the ECU flash. Firstly, postage was super quick, it was here in less then a week and it had to come all the way to AUS. Installation was very simple. It is easy to see how much effort has gone into this product and it is much...
