I need new gloves... want something water resistant, preferably soft 'armour' only, and some insulation, but only on the back side - not the palm. for comfort and so my heated grips work.
spring/fall here means rain and 5-15*C.
any thoughts? favourites?
Hi guys,
Has anyone ever imported a motorcycle from Europe? I'm eyeing a Zigolo 110 as my next acquisition, but like most of the bikes I really like, they're pretty rare in North America.
I'm hoping there's some company/service doing this that's easy to work with...
Posting here rather than in an email to solicit support: I'd love to see 'kits' for sale in the GTM store.
Servicing your forks? Here, buy this kit - seals, oil, etc. Brakes - buy the brake kit with our recommended pads, the little clips that often break/corrode, etc. Rear suspension...
We still have some good weather left, and my old Breva is still insured for a while yet - anyone want to get together for a guzzi coffee meetup?
I'm on the mainland, in Coquitlam, but I might be willing to get on a ferry boat if that works better? Most weekend days can work for me :)
Let me...
my new TPS has the big Breva running better than ever, so it was time to give it some exercise:
the machine, ready for action:
everything I need for five days motoring about my province, hopefully!:
pretty excited to try my new tent, it's little and saves a lot of space so hopefully...
I've read that some folks used to swap their alternators to automotive units:

I'm in the process of tidying up / repairing my Nuovo Falcone's charging system, and wondering if I couldn't do the same? I was holding a little...
Hi guys,
I'm waiting on replacement parts for my Breva11, since my wires have corroded inside the caps.
Oddly, quality resistor caps seem to be out of stock everywhere, leading a long wait time. So, I've been doing some reading on alternatives.
I've read that you should generally use either...
the ole Breva started running pretty rough so I started poking around and....
the cap was barely hanging onto the spark plug wire! seemed pretty corroded in there, too. this was the inner on the left side.
so uh... check your caps and wires once in a while, I guess that's the lesson here...

bit of a funky translation, but an interesting read. especially for those concerned by the perceived 'knocking' present on many of the stock bikes.
a while back there was a thread here about a Nuovo Falcone for sale in my province - very rare here!
https://www.guzzitech.com/forums/threads/would-you-buy-it.21421/
turns out... it never sold. I posted in the NF facebook group - I've wanted a Guzzi single for ages now - and the very same...
maybe everyone already knew about this place? "bikescreen.com" or "gustaffson fairing screens" has a tremendous selection of wind screens for our bikes.
even an enormous 'euroflip' screen for the Breva!
Touring mode! ...can't really tell the difference from normal mode actually
Two machines with a similar goal, but very different approaches.
Even enough room for a few creature comforts :)
Excellent croissants in Castlegar!
A few motorbike-centric images from a trip I took a few weeks back...
I appreciate this forum and the various custom solutions on offer, but this is a great source for even the mundane stuff - Todd always comes through with great prices, communication and quick shipping.
Hi all,
I've been playing with the wiring on my B11 and now my high beam doesn't work... however I can't start the bike right now, and I can't quite remember if the bike allows the high beam to come on with the engine off? Can someone with a functioning bike check for me??

someone's been peering over Todd's shoulder, ha.
not sure about the wings and carb conversion, but otherwise lovely
Installed this little OEM guard a week ago or so, to keep the precious CARC unit a bit safer. got it right here from @GT-Rx® , remember he can get all kinds of stuff not listed on the site too! hilariously, something went wrong with the shipping - tho the address was completely correct - and...
well, my trusty B11 has finally requested some attention after thirteen years of loyal service.
as I was riding home, the motor stopped running, but not quite instantly - the rpm dropped quickly, held at a very low rpm, maybe 2000, and would not respond to throttle inputs.
a second or two...
Hi all,
I've done a bit of searching and can't find this - how many Brevas were made each year?
The reason I ask, ICBC here in BC has a special 'limited production' category for insuring bikes 15 years or older, if less than 1500 were made.
My Breva is an 07, so it's coming up on that age...

So who else has been eyeing this up for weeks?
no connection to seller, other than remote longing.
