    Some new bits

I had purchased similar to these earlier but unfortunately at the last 'service' the mechanic didn't tighten them down and one was lost. No longer available from DPM (they were extortionately priced anyway). Luckily a local-ish machine shop agreed to make me some. Initial finish was a bit dull...

    TLM Guzzi Tour Cancelled

Just received an email this morning, due to the uncertainty of the pandemic and the booking of hotels etc the tour has been cancelled . Don't know if the Mandello celebrations are still going ahead, hey ho, maybe for the best till things get back to some semblance of normality.

    Eldorado number plate bracket

Has anyone thought about mounting the number plate on an Eldorado above the rear light?. Don't want a side unit so just throwing it out there if anyone has made anything or seen something that could be modified.

    6inch rim on Eldorado

Just wondering, anyone fitted a 6inch rim rear on an Eldorado as opposed to the standard 5.5inch. If so any adverse effect on clearance or handling, cheers., Ron

    Nice day for it

As the sun was shining and recent knee surgery all recovered I decided I would go for a run out to see how the knee held up. Happy to say knee and bike all good. This has been my first opportunity to get the bike out to give it a decent run after fitting Todd's fuelling kit, my new agostini...

    Extra rear light

Was getting a bit paranoid about being rear ended ooerrr  so decided to fit another light to the rear. Decision was do I go tail light or brake light, in the end decided for brake light as this brings the light up to car driver eye level so hopefully more noticeable. I may even get another...

Well can't ride it due to the current lockdown regulations and recent knee surgery so thought I'd give it a bit of a polish instead ready for the big day.

    First Ride, Fueling Kit.

Phenomenal , Eventually managed to get the bike out the garage for the first road test after doing the airbox and air filter modification, fitting the new Agostini Mandello mufflers and most importantly Todds full fueling kit. What an amazing difference, the bike took off like a scalded...

    The Clan

Just been reading a few articles on the Moto Guzzi 'The Clan' website about custom builds. In the 'Magazine' there is an article about 'the new trends of customization 2019' from the motor bike expo in Verona. Wonder if there's anyway to get a Stateside expo articled so we could see a GTM build...

    Kineo wheels Eldorado

Just throwing it out there at the moment. The Eldo is going to be a keeper so looking long term and having read a few posts about leaking spokes on the original wheels are there any alternatives out there. Love the Kineo spoked wheels. Anybody know if they fit the Eldo, have tried googling but...

    Eldorado additions

Bike going in for warranty work this week to replace corroded lower forks and sort out 'misting' headlight. Apparently there is a MG technical bulletin out for the headlight so the dealers are going to try that route first before possible replacement. I saw the replacement fork legs supplied by...

    Tank bra and bag

Having recently added a backrest for my comfort and re-shaped and padded pillion seat for swmbo,I have now added the MG Tank 'bra' and leather bag. I think it finishes off my 'touring package' with the Hepco Becker Buffalo big bags and MG 65L Top case nicely. A few pics:

    A bit of helmet bling

Got a couple of new schuberth helmets for myself and the missus, decided to splash out on the src intercom units as well. First impressions on a ride today seem good. Helmets are matt black so decided to bling them up a bit with the appropriate colours.
