    A Moto Guzzi dealer can submit your VIN to see if the repair was recorded with the factory (not all have been). The repair is known as a 'timing kit'.

    Potential purchase Norge 1200

    I'm in the market for a used Norge and have seen quite a few '12's on the market for reasonable prices. Of course, unless the dealer is a Moto Guzzi outlet, he's clueless about the cam issue or whether the bike has been serviced. And correct me if I'm wrong, but Guzzi did not 'recall' bikes...

    Breva 11 - Norge 12 & 1200 Sport Registry and picture thread

    The Norge is white is a beautiful bike. I've got my eye on two of them right now (not currently a Guzzi owner). Is the 'issue' with the early 4v heads as serious as it sounds, as in, should I avoid a 2011-2012 model?
