Thanks for posting this thread and the parts link.. I had given up trying to start my 2013 after 3 years also. killed a battery, would only puff once. Mechanic has been working on it ECU isn't throwing errors.. replaced plastic fuel filter and that didn't help. I have the Guzzitech intake no...
That fuel pump was done by a Typical Guzzi owner.. glad you found that before it stranded you on the side of the road! Crazy impressive modifications! well done.
You just made me order these for my V7, thanks for posting the photo.
What sand paper did you use (Grit) and how do you brush the surface to make it look like that?
Thanks
Chris
Thanks for this post, luckily my 2013 Racer is reading 13.6 at idle and 14.4 at 4k rpm. So I think I'm good for now even though my battery did die after 1 year (and not covered under the 2 year warranty)
I have a Brembo RCS master also and it's awesome! but I did have to get new brake lines made, which I wanted true dual lines instead of the stock one to the split under the triple clamps.
just don't put a battery minder charger or any charger on it with a De-Sulfator. that will really screw things up. Battery Tender doesn't have that feature.
what everyone else has suggested is correct! I replaced my spark plug leads because after the first service they were shorting on the block, the TPS and throttle body balancing totally calmed down the motorcycle.
I also run Progrip 714 which are cheap but now that after 5k miles the engine has...
Did you install a Brembo RCS19? and what Caliper are you going to?
I have the Brembo RCS19 on my Griso and it's awesome but was afraid it would be too much for the V7 Single small rotor.
Exhaust looks great!
Chris
You should give Ian a call at Riders Hill they serviced my Griso 2009 new before shipping it to me in Phx, Az. I had that same leak but mine was from the o-rings after removing the valve cover.
Stupid question, I have a leak from the hose to the top left head of the Griso .
Can this clamp be tightened or does it need to be replaced?
Can I replace it with a better/different clamp?
Could I start replacing the factory clamps with http://clamptool.com ? and wiring my own?
Thanks
Chris
