I have the H&B bags with the c bow hardware on a 2016 Eldo. I agree that the bags stick out too far and at an outward angle to clear the shocks. I made a bracket from the inner fender to the locking part of the c bow that bring the bags in closer. The bags themselves are great they are easy on...
I say get the EL Dorado I think it's a great bike I have used it for touring and with the set up I have 500 mile days are good. I too understand that the factory windshields are hard to find but handlebar mount windshields can be made to work I made a bar that attaches to the chrome bar around...
Gene this is Steve from Pleasanton I will be in Carson City tomorrow the 23rd I lost your phone number if you want to hook up so you can check out Todd's exhaust system give me a call 9259634366
when I upgraded to Todd's fuel and full exhaust package I put in a UNI Filter UP-6300AST and routed the breather tube into a small bottle this also frees up space where the old filter box was I don't know if the filter exchange would work without changing fuel and exhaust
I have a National Cycle Mohawk small windscreen that I am not using it worked well but I went with a taller Slip Steam Spitfire if anyone wants it give me a call I will run you thru the installation just pay for shipping. 9259634366 my name is Steve it was for the El Dorado
a little off topic but in my experience with radios on motorcycles once you are going at highway speeds every tune sounds garbled. I installed an audio bridge on my last three bikes which work very well. It is a device that plugs into your speaker wires that allows you to either listen to your...
I bought a 2016 ELDO new a couple years back no regrets I paid $12500 out the door CA prices. No idea what they are going for now it's a great bike. I do not have the backrest or luggage rack. If budget allows I did purchase Todd's exhaust and fuel pack. Huge difference in power it. It would be...
It's a great handling bike you will not have any problems. I too bought a leftover 2016 Eldo have not regretted it. If money allows send for Todd's pipes, fuel package, and new air cleaner it really wakes up the motor.
10w60 oil is called for I have a 2016 Eldorado don't know if your engine is the same. It is recommended not to use 4 liters of oil because of oil running out the vent tube and possibly filling up your air cleaner I have used 3.5 liters with no problem. If you cannot get the OEM oil filter...
yes looks good I bought the Hepco and Becker bags and mounts for my Eldo but ended up only keeping a part of the mounting bracket because they threw the bags way out of line
with the isolation in effect in CA since March 19th I am finding great joy and peace of mind riding the Eldo around town for a couple of miles no stops and back home still with in guidelines of the plan to help stop the virus.
was able to go to Todd's shop earlier this year with my 2016 Eldo for his upgrade. Wonderful exhaust sound and a big boost in performance. Well worth the money spent would highly reccomend if you plan on keeping the bike.
I also had a 2016 softail slim gave the bike to my son and I purchased a 2016 Eldorado. I live in Pleasanton flew done to Orange County and got the bike for $12500 OTD. I really liked the looks of both the Audace and Eldo have never owned a Guzzi am 71 years old and it was time to try one I went...
