The engine power was clocked at 69,6 CV rear wheel from a widespread national italian magazine.
Nice result, adequate for the vehicle and rpm cap. Additionally, the V85TT I've tested was a kind of pretty snappy revver, so a lot of useful power in the most used street power band.
Nice work Guzzi.
ah... I thought that the V9 was less at the wheel... so the ufficial Guzzi spec sheet gives power figures at the real wheel and not the crankshaft?
Out of curiosity... have you actually dynoed a stock V9?
Anyway, I too suppose to that the engine will be roughly the same of the v9 in the low-mid...
Seems so, Mine is MY 2018 , below
I have still to attempt any sag tuning or measure... they are set now as delivered... seems reasonable though...
Are they KYB apparently?
This is google translated, pretty accurate though:

Full specs here (sorry, just italian)...
What about V9 bobber MY18 stock?
Anyone that had set those progessive springs in preload?
Of course it depends but what have you measured for the rear travel and loaded sag with your weight? optimal? What do you suggest here for the MY18 stock? any?
please enlighten me? :):)
Yea... I don't know the situation in detail, but areas like Golan, Galil or up north should be still militarized or restricted or at least it was in the past from what I've heard... indeed from what I've seen Israel should be really nice to ride on moto, great variety, like a mini-Italy :)
Just...
It is accurate and realistic.
On average I get about 20km/liter, on average, measured at the pump, with "don't care about fuel" driving mode.
Reserve usually hits at ~200km range for me. It is apparently precise as a clock, no matter what kind of road I roam.
It should be 300km range total if...
To those that had missed the Motociclismo magazine review cited above, this is the PDF copy officially redistributed as marketing material by Piaggio (italian... you can feed that pdf into translators in case...)

Again, who dare saying that the V9 is "slow"?
To those still doubting the V9 character, as a proof, this is me doing 120 KM / H , in NEUTRAL , and STANDING STILL, PARKED. :)
Thanks to Marelli electronics, this proves that the V9 is capable of relativistic Bose-Einstein travel :) :)
(power off...
Agreed, the TFT design seen in the photos appears toyish.
Seems to me those portable Atari console of the '80 with a little screen in the middle with a pre printed theme colored content as a frame, where the controls would rest and maybe a SuperMario (how fitting :)) graphic.
If it is too...
Yes, estimates are around 11k euros in Italy for a public price listing. Usually in our country you expect discounts and incentives on a new bike.
It seems consistent with the market, price wise.
The Mistral one is really obscene, it seems a frying tool. Don't ever dare touching the v9 with that thing :)
I would tolerate on mine maybe something like that mounted on the Duc Scrambler Desert... mmm.... time to wander around parking lots with screwdriver at hand ;);););):mask:
Your italian is surely better than my hebrew :) Glad you like Italy. btw would be nice, given enough time, to ride a Italy-Israel on motorcycles all land... but I "suspect" that Syria is a big stumbling block nowadays for all nationalities... (know some guys that did that years ago, but starting...
Yea, TT, Tutto Terreno ("all terrain"), it is indeed a bit arid and technical and maybe too much mimicking and sounding like GS (Gelände/Straße) ie. "dual road"
Ufficial marketing photos here (don't know if the en page is online... anyway... )

btw the engine chief engineer cited in this article, is an avid motorcyclist and proud owner of a Stelvio (apparently there are lot of motorcyclists inside Guzzi offices also in non tech departments... marketing, sales etc... it is said that the toner guy :) is a Guzzi rider too...).
According...
Agreed, not very fond of such caferace style, but anyway, such style was the target of the customizer and, despite my tastes, honestly a good rendition of the genre.
btw rumors say that the real V9 street/race that will be unveiled will be something Le-Mans-y , thus something maybe not to...
