    Heated Grips Mystery

    Cleaning the switch on the handlebar fixed my heated grip issues. Perhaps your switch works fine on a test load but fails on the load needed to operate the grips. The switch is a pain to reassemble though. Take your time and take good photos if you go that route. Good luck!
