Oil level view/see through plastic plug fell into motor

I did the same thing. I got one of these rubber plugs from lowes and stuffed it in the hole -- all good. http://1261nchurchst.info/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/lowes-rubber-plug-rubber-plugs-suppliers-and-manufacturers-at-grommet-plug-lowes-rubber-test-ball-plug.jpg

    Audace LED headlamp

Thanks again, excellent information. I have looked at the denali lights also, but I really like the adaptive feature of the j w speaker light. it's a bit pricey but I think it looks to be worth it. I am glad to hear that you like it after having used it.

    Fitting heated grips tip

That is cool that your dad was one of the code breakers. I work with veterans and I get to hear some very cool stories, unfortunately not too many still around from WW2. anyway if it helps I paid US$232 for the Moto Guzzi heated grips

    New updates to my Audace

Here is one more picture of the flyscreen. If there is a particular view or close up of the mounting hardware that you were looking for let me know and I will get it. I also posted a picture of the license plate bracket. The bracket itself fit perfectly, not much too it, just a piece of laser...

    Fitting heated grips tip

The Oxfords were my second choice. I know they were less than half the price of the Aprilia/Moto Guzzi grips but those wired in so neatly. The factory switch is nicely integrated and I get a display on the digital dash showing heat level. I think that it is just a cleaner install. It was...

    Fitting heated grips tip

The instructions with the kit that I used said to use compressed air. I have never done it that way before but I gave it a try. It was amazing the stock grips almost jumped off the bars.

    Fitting heated grips tip

I used the one that is listed on the AF1 website. I think it is a stock Aprilia set. af1racing.com/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=56698&sku=B064270&description=Moto+Guzzi+Heated+Grips+Set+for+1400's It doesn't list the Audace as compatible but I called them and they said that it would...

    New updates to my Audace

Just a few pics here. I have had a difficult time figuring out what will and will not fit on my 2016 Audace so I thought that I would share my progress to help anyone else who may be looking to make similar changes. So Far I have added the following: Dart Marlin flyscreen Aprilia heated grips...

    Guzzi Helmets

It appears that the Moto Guzzi Jet is a Shark Drak helmet: http://guzzistore.com/scheda.php?id=241&x=MOTO+GUZZI+MASK+JET+HELMET-MOTO+GUZZI&c=1&s=2&ord=data+DESC,+id+DESC&b=cat It also appears that the red plastic and Moto Guzzi graphics are quite pricey additions to the base helmet

Help - Heated Grips Install on Audace

Hi, I just finished installing the heated grips. It went pretty smoothly. The only real hang up was the spacers for the weights. As you noted the spacers that came with the kit do not fit. I could not even tell how they were intended to fit. they have a raised rim around the screw hole on...

    Audace seat

I tried to test fit a seat from an MGX-21 onto my 2016 Audace at my dealer and the seat would not fit. The taper on the front of the seat from the MGX-21 is narrower than the Audace seat. That was really disappointing since Corbin is now offering a solo seat for the MGX-21, I had hoped to order...

    DIY Audace Service Kit

Todd, I am curious about your comment here. Are you referring to service in general or specifically to removing the rear tire. I typically do all of my own maintenance on my bikes. Could you speak a little bit more about what concerns I should have before servicing my Audace, or any...

Help - Heated Grips Install on Audace

I just got some in the mail today from AF1. I emailed them before purchasing and they assured me that they would work. I have a 2016 Audace. They told me that they would work on the 2016's and earlier but not on 2017 and later. Going to attempt install tomorrow morning. I will let you know...

    Corbin Heated Saddle

Does anybody know if the Corbin seat will fit the Audace? I had hoped that the solo seat that Corbin makes for the MGX-21 would fit but I took my bike to my dealer and tried to fit the stock MGX-21 seat onto my bike and found that the front of the MGX-21 seat was much narrower and so wound not...
