    My Anakee experience (use) front tire lasts (still road legal) 30tkm , rear tire change halfway 15tkm. I use 2.3/2.8 pressure and 20-30% is gravel riding. -KG-

    Audace Oil consumption

    ..my new V85 oil consumption was 0.6 liter/1000km -no visible smoking. Right plug very sooty.. Got new cylinder/piston on right side under warranty. Now it works! Reason for consumption was wrongly assembled oil ring -both rails and expander ring gap was in same placement :eek: -KG-

    I checked the V11 workshop again; indeed there read Loctite 270?? (must be mistake) WRILLY DONT USE IT !! WAY TOO HARD Softer Loctite 243 it`s enough. I take no responsibility for the wrong text of Workshop manual :oops: -KG-

    Le Mans IV 1985 is the 16' front wheel really an issue?

    My own opinion -owned LMIV 16" since -90 ; Metzeler laser is best handling front tire , I use 2.7bar pressure. Install good quality steering damper and lower forks a bit (10-15mm) then it`s great bike to ride. -KG-
