    850-T Brat Custom Build

Looking good. Check the rear suspension travel vs seat loop. I made mine too close and tyre hit it on a big compression dip. Put a ding in the end of tail unit that I just cut off... put only a tiny cut in tyre...

The Guzzi 850 T5 Cafe Racer Project

So issues with idle and revs not dropping when warm. This is almost certain to be the chokes. Dellorto don't actuallly have a choke as such but a different circuit through carbie that make for a richer mixture. Anyhow if the plunger that seals this leaks then the rich circuit stays on a bit...

The Guzzi 850 T5 Cafe Racer Project

Be ultra careful about the 2 red wires that emerge from the dyna box. If you mix them up one side of the dyna box will be fried (I did this). Quite why they have 2 red wires kind of eludes me, there are so many colors....

The Guzzi 850 T5 Cafe Racer Project

Hi So I just pretty much finished my T4. I can answer a couple of your questions. Battery so lithium ion 320 amp is enough. Mine sits up kind of under the seat but is so thin at 76mm that you can't really see it. Wiring I ditched mine and got a motogadget blue. This is a total winner. Made...

Any love for the T-3 tank?

So I did this with my T4. I'm super happy with it all, engine is totally stock, but with quite a bit of weight gone and a very free breathing exhaust it goes well enough at least for now...
