Norge clutch engages at very end of lever travel

Well it turns out the minor leak has turned into a very large leak:( before i fork over 400 dollars for an oem master cylinder is there any other cheaper alternatives? I cant imagine there's much difference between master cylinders from say... a Honda or something readily available.

Norge clutch engages at very end of lever travel

Back at it again with another issue(maybe). My clutch lever will only engage within the last 1/2 inch or so of travel. the grab point seems to happen sooner(from full lever pull to fully out) after the engine and transmission warm up a bit. I know its a hydraulic clutch and there is no...

Heated grips only work on one side

Well that's helpful! Do you have another one for the airline tubes? I have a hose that looks like it comes out of the top of the transmission. That hose ends near the front of the tank. I have no idea what this hose is supposed to be connected to. I didn't find any visible fittings.

Heated grips only work on one side

Outer gray ring will not move at all. I tried gently prying on the tabs on the connector and that did nothing as well.

Heated grips only work on one side

Got the heated grips working again. Took the connectors apart and sprayed contact cleaner on them. They both work and seem like they're heating up faster. Huzzah!

Heated grips only work on one side

Is there also a diagram for the hoses under the gas tank? I was messing around under the tank and I cant figure out how to get the fuel line off. Do I need to pull a fuse to release fuel pressure before disconnecting the hose? I tried messing with the connector for a few minutes and I didn't...

Heated grips only work on one side

Noticed that only the left side grip is heating up. It also takes a really long time to heat up, about 5 minutes before I feel anything. How do i go about diag on the heated grips? Also if anyone has an official moto guzzi luggage rack they'd be willing to sell me please let me know! Also...

Excessive vibration at all engine speeds.

My 07 norge shakes like a harley at idle. It also seems to be running a bit rough between idle and 3k rpm. I dont know if the inner spark plugs have ever been changed. (30k on engine) The only reason I'm complaining is that the vibration is so bad it's making my hands go numb while riding. Is...

Just a few questions about an 07 norge

I assume balancing the throttle bodies is similar to syncing carbs right? Do you need software to balance the throttle bodies or is there a manual gauge that would work? I've noticed that in slow traffic when revs are below 3k the bike lurches and surges violently. There is no smooth...

Just a few questions about an 07 norge

Well that was fast! Thank you so much!!! I assume the ecu reflash tool would do the same thing as the alaris right? Also is resetting the throttle position sensor really that big of a deal? What makes them fail or need to be reset all the time?

Just a few questions about an 07 norge

Hello! I recently purchased an 07 norge with 30k, I absolutely love the bike, and while not perfect,it sure as shit beats my old 82 Suzuki gs1100! Anyway I had a few questions about the bike 1. It sounds like the fuel pump is extra loud, i can actually hear it from a couple hundred feet away...
