Just a small V9 update and a few questions

Thanks, Todd. Though the exhaust will need to wait a little, but I'd still be interested in knowing more. Can't get hold of an ECU reflash tool here, and even though I can order it right now, I have a nasty feeling about the customs. I'll need to wait for someone to pay me a little visit here...

Just a small V9 update and a few questions

That's a valid point. Now that you mention it, the dealer did check it, but since I'm new to all this, I never bothered checking it myself. Going to try it this weekend for sure. Thanks a bunch, though!

Just a small V9 update and a few questions

Cheers! :) The change will have to be done in any case. Have to lift that exhaust note over the whine. The stock one is OK, but the note doesn't quite match the bike...

Just a small V9 update and a few questions

Thanks, mate. Yeah, when I change the mufflers, I'll have to do a remap, so I'll need to get the ECU reflash tool first. Regarding the Airhawk, does it move about in case you stand and stretch your legs at the traffic signal? It's an option I could consider as well.

V9 Bobber - Thinking of buying

Yeah, wind protection is something I'm still on the fence about. The dealer I went to had one on a Bobber and it looked quite alright. However (and this is something I need to check first), I'd like the headlamp to be lowered (till I find a good dual headlamp set) and I don't know how that will...

Thanks for this. I do agree; the Givi guards look better.

V9 Bobber - Thinking of buying

Hi mate, Thanks for your response... that was quite quick! I am searching the site at the moment. Only wondered if there was anything V9 specific to take into account. So a twin headlamp would really be expensive than an aftermarket exhaust? Appreciate your earlier input and I hope to find...

V9 Bobber - Thinking of buying

Hi all, I am a new rider, in the process of completing my motorcycle training, and I am seriously considering getting a V9 Bobber. I am mainly going to use it to scoot around town or for some mind-clearing rides, away from the motorway. In addition to the style of V9 Bobber, the shaft drive...
