DON'T BE A DRIVE-BY POSTER: As a common courtesy, check back in and reply within 24 hours, or your post will be deleted. • Like the new V100, GuzziTech is full throttle into the future! We're now running on an all-new server and we've updated our Forum software. The visual differences are obvious, but hopefully you'll notice the super-fast speed. If you notice any glitches or have any issues, please post on the Site Support section at the bottom. had my Stelvio 9 days

OK Wayne but you must admit that it was a real nice coincidence!:) And if it is just water then why didn't it fail again during the 75 minutes while I kept on riding back home... BTW I was so much drenched that night that I parked the bike in the garage expecting a lot of cleaning work the...

    had my Stelvio 9 days

if my observations are correct, it might not be the rain but the dirt that comes off the road when it gets wet in a regular rain... I'll explain... Monday there was one of the biggest t-storms I have ever seen and definitely the only one I rode through with my bike. (mind you, those ***holes...

    Clutch lever travel changed again!

I don't have that problem with mine, but boy how I wish this lever was softer... When I ride into Paris and have to make numerous gear changes it hurts after less than an hour... (and I have a solid grasp which I trained heavily when I was doing squash at high level a few years ago)

    New Stelvio map--benefits??

Are you talking about a REAL new mapping or do you mean the OLD NEW mapping which was the subject of a recall by MG last year..., Because I bought mine last June and got a recall letter for the mapping in July and it was performed in August (since I was on vacation) After that I never heard...

    Stelvio Extended Test Ride

A friend of mine owns a GS and although I didn't ride it for 00's of miles I can dig what you're saying Mann... I too agree with the sound of the original muffler. After 6000km it starts sounding real gooood! Same feeling about the computer... I sometimes push it while using the blinker...

European Trip, How far is too far?

don't know about the Monaco-Rome trip but as far as Paris to MOnaco via Millau I think it is almost impossible... If you'd go straight on to MOnaco via the Vallée du Rhône and riding on highways it would still be a very long day but Millau is not exactly in that direction... Check out that map...

    Electrical problem

Well it was the 'Ignition key block' (sorry don't know how to translate this!) which was faulty and they replaced it under warranty. So I got two new keys together with my bike today... That together with the Guzzi Recall and the bill was for more than €600 in parts plus 7 hours of work done...
