I decided to reduce the cost of the project to $0.0001 ))) and used heat shrinking tubes to plug steel tubes.

My Audace is the same year and mileage with the similar noize driving me crazy.
I retorque all heat shields and bolts #1#2 #3 #6
Checked valves - 2 times.
I'll appreciate any ideas.

I believe, dealer solved the problem with heat shields, DOT 4 should be fine for ... not extreme conditions.))
It's true, unfortunately Hepco and Becker is only one "aftermarket" option for our bikes.

First of all thanks this forum for a LOT of valuable information helped me to perform all work for only 2 hours.
During the maintenance I had a few surprises.
#1 One spark plug was loose (WTF#1) the milage is only 2000 km.
#2 All spark plug's gap were 1mm+ . I adjusted it following the manual...
