    Hi guys Has anyone here done the airbox mod on the V7, (2013) to try and cure the oil in airbox problem? After a few miles I have a pool in there and have to keep drying it out. I keep the oil level to the bare minimum, just showing on the dipstick but it doesn’t help, it’s still getting in...

    Yes that seems a good idea It would keep the airbox clean but if the problem persisted as it is now I would be emptying a small bottle every few days! It would be nice to have the system working as it should, especially with my very limited mechanical skills! Thanks for your input

    Hi, I have tried the oil at different levels, doesn’t seem to make any difference. I even tried it with the oil level just showing on the tip of the dipstick but still the same result I did a tour of Europe a few weeks ago, had to mop up oil out of the airbox every morning and keep topping up...

    Thanks for info, there is actually quite a bit of oil getting into the airbox I dried it out this morning and after just a 90 mile ride there was a small pool of oil in the airbox again, not sure where to go from here with it!
