Hey gang, I have sold the V7III with the FANTASTIC GT map and tool. I want to advise new owner correctly, regarding future service. Since warranty is over, is there any reason to flash back to stock file prior to dealer servicing? Should new owner just leave custom tune active all the time?

Remember that It is generally people who experience negative issues that post about them on forums. The thousands who don't experience an issue are riding along making no posts, for the most part. If this was a widespread problem, you can be sure it would have been addressed.

Vagrant hit the nail on the head with the slow-fast technique. A lot of people have the tendency to gas it and try to out run them. Much better to slow down, then punch it at the last second, otherwise they just adjust their angle of attack.
I say big no to shooting one, of course my attitude...
Not sure how reliable the Robb Report is, but here's an interesting bit on pricing. It still won't tempt me, but that is a bit less expensive than I would have guessed! Go Guzzi! That should help agalinst the RE 650's, etc.
