    1100 Sporti Conrod Orientation

Hi John- because I don't have a pair of that model's rods in front of me nor have I rebuilt one that new in a while, (I also own a Sporti) can you look on one rod upper if there is a small hole on one side, of the longer part (going up to the little end) that is just above the bolt hole? On...

    V65TT

The caliper is a Brembo Gold line 4-pot mounted with a bracket that was custom made. The disc is from an 850T3 and the outer diameter had to be trimmed down. It works great, the master cylinder needs a different size and for sure I need to use steel lines though. In case the guy with the KLR...

    Andrew's sneak-peak racer

You should consider shaking it down the WSMC weekend prior so you're not stuck fixing the thing in the garage the whole AHRMA weekend. Not burning you, just being realistic!!!! Ryan and I will be out there.

    Tires for Small Blocks

It's not really a matter of "Guzzi Smallblocks", It's a matter of what kind of wheel it is. Breva 750 comes with a mag wheel, that radials will fit. (example, my V65 race bike has a Breva front end with the stock Breva wheel, and I run Bridgestone BT003 race tire) At the same time, that same...

    OT: battery chargers

We use 2 chargers like that here at the shop, and I use one like that at home. Work fine. And FYI, a 1amp charger will most likely fry itself before bringing back a completely dead battery.

    Lemans 1 fork oil

LMI is not the same as LMIII. STOCK LMI forks take 120cc of fork oil each leg. We use ATF or 5w fork oil.

Oil Filter for Nevada Classic ?

Hi- www.motoguzziclassics.com in Long Beach, CA has Small Block mechanical parts as well. The Nevada is a great bike, I like it even better than the Breva 750.

    pod filters

You're right Rob, it does get dirtier. That's why on my own SportI I fabbed a shield out of rubber sheet that fits in that area and around the shock.

    monoshock conversion

The front half of the seat is a stock Civilian bench seat. I cut it in half then fabbed the rear aluminum piece to it, then had a local guy upholster it. The tank is from my '77 Husqvarna CR250. I've never tried the monoshock, too much time/money to waste on a Loop Frame. It handles as well as...

2004 Calif Titanium Gas Cap Problem

If you have a venting problem, remove the one-way valve in the tank vent hose that is part of the evap system. It's usually black with a check ball in it. Sometimes they're stuck or put in backward from the factory. Also sometimes the factory pinches the hose.

    pod filters

RU0810 fits on the stacks and in the frame good. RU0510 also fits with some heat applied. There are a TON of arguments about airbox vs pods, either way you will not ride any faster or slower. Most people like the cosmetics of taking the airbox out, the Spine Frames look really cool when you can...

Luka, I replied to your PM. Here is a pic of my Loop Frame racer, just to give you an idea that there are a lot of us on this forum that like to do it different. SF

    Old Dondo Race Videos

Yeah we got Miles to take it out to 2 events or so. He only rode it about 1/10 of the speed of Todd. Not as exciting but still great to watch it go around the track. A lot of work to keep it running at the track, but REALLY cool when it does.

    Bol d'Or Endurance 1969

Notice the very stock-ish Loop Frame? Must have handled like a truck!!! The guy riding it doesn't look very comfortable.

    V65TT

Hi Rob- Not the same bike. I've had mine over 5 years and I got it from a friend in San Jose that has had it since new. I think the bike you had was owned by a guy in SoCal named Bill, who I was in contact with by email a few times. For sure off-roading it is tough, and on the freeway it...

ev california injected slight popping and surge

Hi- First check your valve clearances, then read and do as much as you can of this: https://www.guzzitech.com/FITuneUp-Sean_F.html You may also consider putting real performance type mufflers on, your Guzzi will never run how it should with straight pipes. Then what Todd suggested...
