Mine is a 2011 with 15J on it now and it still pops between shifts and runs lean at lower throttle openings and gets sucky fuel mileage. So probably that's the way it is and will be.

i've got lowered pegs with the rubber tops for sale. I also have a modified sidestand. $100 plus shipping/trade for stock stand. it was only on the bike for one day. I guess my legs aren't as long as I thought they were.
Mine came loose once and slowly fell off during a cross-country trip. Made it to Moto-Nexus and they fixed me up. The pulley and nut needed replaced, but the crankshaft, thankfully, was not hurt. Must've been lweft a little loose from the factory.
I considered a Stelvio for my newest bike, but after the heat issues with the Breva, I decided on a Norge. The Norge has excellent heat control, which is great in the summer, but in the winter it'd be nice to have some heat. I made the mistake of riding the Breva in shorts once and darn near...
I find my Norge's handling to be exemplary.
Though, my only real experience on this bike, so far, is one week spent riding two-up with a full load of luggage on the Blue Ridge, the Dragon, and other roads in the Smokies. An excellent place to bond with a new bike!
Need to find the speed sensor that runs the speedometer on my norge 8V. I'm adding cruise control and don't know where to hook up the speed input wire.
Anyone know where it is? The wiring diagrams don't show it.
