There is ZERO tolerance on personal attacks and ANY HYPERLINKS to PRODUCT(S) or other competing website(s), including personal pages, social media or other Forums. This ALSO INCLUDES ECU DIAGnostic software, questions and mapping. We work very hard to offer commercially supported products and to keep info relevant here. First offense is a note, second is a warning, third time will get you banned from the site. We don't have the time to chase repeat (and ignorant) offenders. This is NOT a social media platform; It's an ad-free, privately funded website, in small help with user donations. Like the new V100, GuzziTech is full throttle into the future! We're now running on an all-new server and we've updated our Forum software. The visual differences are obvious, but hopefully you'll notice the super-fast speed. If you notice any glitches or have any issues, please post on the Site Support section at the bottom. If you haven't yet, please upgrade your account which is covered in the Site Support section or via the DONATE tab above, which gives you full site access including the DOWNLOADS section. We really appreciate every $ and your support to keep this site ad-free. Create an account, sign in, upgrade your account, and enjoy. See you on the road in 2024.
Yep, one of the more stupid inventions is the "tail tidy"...... sounds like a personal hygiene product..
My Ducati has one of those things. Riding in very mild rain causes the back of neck to get wet from the tire spray.. Brilliant idea.
I often wonder why functional fenders went the way of the Dodo. My new Yamaha XSR 900 covers the rear shock in dirt and gravel passing through just a little runoff. The rear "hugger" is pathetic and the Moto GP front fender is nearly worthless. Oh well.........
Although I'd call myself an Italophile I can't say "made in Italy" is a requirement for my bikes and cars. I currently have a Guzzi, a Ducati, and a Yamaha. I buy what suits my fancy regardless of nationality. My most recent purchase was a new XSR 900 last month and the three bikes appear to...
My V7III had the final drive leak at about 4K miles. It was initially overfilled. My excellent local dealer fixed it under warranty and at 13K it's just fine. Unfortunately it seems a fairly common issue. That's the only problem I've had.
I've noticed my left shin often feels warmer. I think it's because of a slight difference in leg position on the shifter side. Check a few spots on the cylinders with an infrared thermometer. Do the exhaust openings look appreciably different in color or amount of soot?
Maybe look at the...
Like many Geezers here I used to scoff at gear indicators. My V7III is the first scooter I've owned that has one and.......call me a nerd but I like it. When I bought my Ducati I missed the silly thing and I'll probably add one of those gizmos despite the price.
Good Lord.... a Chinese 350 with HD emblems. It's sad to see what happens when a company runs out of retired orthodontists to buy their antique scooters.
Back in '69 my old pal Joe Minton used to call 'em "Hardly Ablesons".
I parked my Guzzi for a couple of weeks in order to become familiar with my Ducati. Yesterday I took the V7 out for a run....Wow, what a terrific bike it is. Like the cliche of the old shoe, it was comfortable, familiar, and just works so well for my riding. Less than a mile from home I felt...
