Centauro that has sat for years?

Okay it now runs. Seems you have to have to have the regulator hooked up. So with the tank on and everything connected up the old bike fired right up.

Centauro that has sat for years?

Sorry haven't been here for a while. The injectors where sent to a place here in CT that came recommended to me. They would have replaced the little filters but said they can't get them anymore. Same injectors are used on Ducati's from the era. I check around and know one seems to have them...

Centauro that has sat for years?

I saw that. I did read where someone adapted some injectors from a Polaris quad to work. They are much cheaper. A friend thinks he may be able to replace the filter screens.

Centauro that has sat for years?

Is there a non oem fuel filter that can be used? I figure there has to be some 10 year old gas in the one on the bike.

Centauro that has sat for years?

Well it is finally in my garage, along with it's cohort a 98 EV. The EV will get attention first, the trans was out so that had to be put back together and rolling before I get to the Centauro, plus it winter just set in and it's cold out in the garage.

Centauro that has sat for years?

I know what I'm getting into... I think. I have a coupe of friends who used to work for a Guzzi dealer (Marsh MC in CT0) back in the day and they have worked on them but don't love them. I just think they are a neat bike and nothing looks like they do! If I get it it will be more of a poseur...

    Cali II seat

There is a Cal II seat bracket on Ebay that may work. Funny I'm going the other way trying to fit a non cal seat on a 82 Cal I have bought. It came with a custom made seat on a standard Tonti pan the only thing holding it on is the latch. I though I could just use a seat bracket I have from a...
