    Norge has trouble Down shifting

Hey Dan thanks for the quick response. Put about 300 miles on it after putting in some fresh gear oil. At the end of the day it started working correctly. If it doesnt stay fixed I will have to go into the gearbox and fix the springs you pointed out. Fingers crossed it was just old oil song it up.

    Norge has trouble Down shifting

I have an 07 Norge with a shifting problem (pun lovers enjoy.) When I shift down through the gears in a situation like stopping for a red light the shifter gets stuck in a down position and does not engage a gear. The only way to get it to engage is to pop the clutch out. Any suggestions? I...

    Norge Speedometer Accuracy

According to Garmin I am spot on up until 55 mph then things start to get wacky. At an indicated 90 you are doing 85. At 120 you are doing about 113, and at about 135 you are doing an actual 120. So not to bad really. But definitely not spot on. Do less than 70 mph and you will always be close...

    New Team Shirt

I like it I never noticed the name of your racer was Porco Rosso. A perfect name and a good movie. I would rather have the shirt a different color than white, but I will buy one either way.

    Dunlop Roadsmart Mileage and impressions

I ran Moto Guzzi's recommended 36/41 front to rear. Seemed to work fine. I don't know if they handle better than the Michelins, but I got a lot better feel with them than the Metzelers.

    Dunlop Roadsmart Mileage and impressions

The old wearbars are now prominently displayed on my Roadsmarts after 7500 miles. I have to say I am impressed with the mileage. I never had anything but confident handling the entire time I have had them. I never felt that they had lost any grip from new to now deceased. My Mileage was 3500...

    Only Rossi...

Uh guys he was paid to do this. It is a promotional stunt for MotoGP, and the police were there escorting him. You guys knew that right?

    Only Rossi...

It would help if he wasn't so cool as well as being the baddest dude to ever put on leathers. It is impossible not to like the guy. Well thats not true if I was Casey Stoner I would hate him. Hey Todd I am go for Laguna Seca!

Power Commander 5, ready 'last' month?

I have to say I am with the 400 dollar crowd. The PC made a huge difference on my old EV and Todd your map was spot on. When I got mine dynoed they made very little adjustment. I would like to go that way. It sounds like you are tired of messing with them and being put into the when they get...

Power Commander 5, ready 'last' month?

Re:Power Commander 5 or ECU swap? Hey Todd what exactly would that mean? My questions would be how much would the PC be when it finally comes out? I mean we have waited this long for it. It seems like it would be a waste of time for you to do the ECU thing if the PC comes out and costs less...

    Vintage racing bike

I have to say track days are about the most fun I have ever had. I had to get rid of my little SV in order to fix up my house, but as soon as I have extra money again I will be back at the track. As far as a track bike goes I would love to do it on a Guzzi, but there are several reasons why...

    Daytona Videos

Hey Ed next time try a little less Casey Stoner that way we can see you racing people. I know I know you are trying to win, how about next time get one of those poor guys behind you to film the race that way we can see some bikes instead of the wide open spaces you run in. Congratulations!!

    Norge Front Fork Adjustment??

If you live in Kansas or Oklahoma, I would suggest just riding the Norge and never touching a thing on the suspension. But... if you plan to ride in the mountains, canyons, or even hills it is well worth your money to get the Hyperpro Suspension. You can spend years fiddling with fork oil and...

    Old Dondo Race Videos

holy crap dude! I didn't know those old bikes would handle like that. That is the best video I have seen in a long time. You need some onboard MotoGP shots of that. Maybe get a helicopter to film it while you are at it. :woohoo:

there is a rumor that the computer also keeps up with mileage. If it is true then some how maybe it is possible to put the right miles back on the bike. If anyone knows the answer or can figure it out I would appreciate it.
