    you can fit CRG lane splitters but will need to make a minor mod to the spacer (i cut mine with a hacksaw, easy) and possibly a longer bolt. if i'm not mistaken, you might find a pic of my bike with them in this forum.

    A Tire Thread

    we went from the Metzelers to the Pirelli Demons (higher profile in the rear), but also at the same time that we changed out the suspension. what i do know is that the bike handled better after the change, and many around these parts blame the tires for the "wobbly" feeling at high speeds.

    Yes, absolutely, on both fronts. I think the bike was far from responsive in stock form, and better with the modifications Todd employed for me, but a responsive and stable bike it is not, in stock form, especially when comparing it to real road going motorcycles. Not sure how else to say it...

    I had them removed from mine, you can see them in my before and after thread. The only thing I have to fix are the mounting bolts on the front signals which are too long now and don't allow for the mounts to be tightened down. Looking good,

    i always have the most difficulty with the concept bolded/underlined above. the easiest way for me to understand it is to think of the bike being suspended in air.....if the rear spring (for example) is too soft, the measurement between the axle and let's say the rear tail light (unsprung)...
