Steve, I'm sorry to hear they let you go. I really appreciated you staying late one day back in the spring to get my Breva 1100 in top running condition. Thanks, Phil

    Stelvio hand guards on breva1100

I put a set of Stelvio handguards on my Breva 1100. They were very easy to install. I usually screw up 2 things trying to fix one and I had no trouble at all. I have heated grips and with these heandguards, I wear thin leather gloves year round when I ride. I have very large hands and my...

Lower the pegs or raise the seat?

Tom, in what general area are you located? There might be a Guzzi owner near to you that has modded fotpegs or a modded seat you could check out.

Lower the pegs or raise the seat?

I own an '07 Breva 1100. I have a Corbin seat that I picked up (barely) used. The original owner said it was ordered with more padding. It definitely sits me up higher than the stock seat and I sit further back with it. I've been watching ebay for a Corbin backrest for the seat for those times...

    B11/Norge Startus Interruptus-the MPH Solution

Thanks Tony. I took it out this evening to run some errands and it started fine every time and I had no errors pop up. I'm starting to think my bike is female.

    B11/Norge Startus Interruptus-the MPH Solution

I installed my starter wiring kit this afternoon. There was a lot of corrosion on battery terminal wires. I scrubbed them and then got everything hooked back up. I hit the starter button and the bike didn't start, there was a non-stop clicking from under the fuel tank. I quickly removed one of...

Higher power H7 bulb okay in '07 Breva 1100?

Thank you Alex. That's the kind of info I was looking for. If you had no problems with a 75w bulb, I should be okay with a 65w bulb used with a ceramic socket! Thanks, Phil

Higher power H7 bulb okay in '07 Breva 1100?

Thanks guys. There is no way I'd go with an HID kit. I drive alot at work and I've seen lots of vehicles with converted HID lights and the glare from their lights is terrible. The Breva 1100 headlight comes with a 55w H7 bulb and a 65w H9 bulb. Since the 65w H9 bulb doesn't cause any problems...

Higher power H7 bulb okay in '07 Breva 1100?

I want to upgrade the lighting on my '07 Breva 1100. Would it be okay to use an Osram 65W H7 bulb in place of the stock 55W bulb? If I use that bulb, should I install a ceramic plug for it?

    NC Guzzi Rally- Aug 5-7

I am hoping to go. I will probably show up early Saturday morning and stay till that evening. How long I stay will depend on if my wife decides to get on the back of my Breva. It has been a few years since she has been on a bike with me so I'm not sure how much fun she can take. My son will...

    O2 Optimizer installed on 07 Breva 1100

I left the settings alone. I guess I should have at least opened up the box and confirmed what it was set on.

    O2 Optimizer installed on 07 Breva 1100

A few months ago, I bought an O2 Optimizer for my 07 Breva 1100. I bought the bike new this year. I had no complaints with how it ran. It is my 1st fuel injected bike. Last night, I finally ran out of excuses as to why I shouldn't install the Optimizer. It only took me about 20 minutes. I did...

    Breva 1100 won't start

Re: Breva 1100 won't start-code APSB 0016 Thanks guys. I just got back in from dealing with my bike. When I turned the key the dash sweep would happen. Then when I hit the starter, there was a thunk sound and the dash would blank out. I have no Guzzi experience but it was acting like an...

    Breva 1100 won't start

I just got on my Breva 1100 and it won't start. It acts like the battery is about dead and the starter motor does not spin. I saw APSB 0016 on the instrument panel. What does this code mean? By the way, the bike is a recently purchased leftover 2007 that now has about 300 miles on it. :(

Krauser K5 case mounted on Breva 1100 factory luggage rack

I installed the factory luggage rack on my Breva 1100. I have a Krauser K5 trunk that I wanted to mount on it so I tried the Krauser Universal Alu-rack. I got it here: http://www.sportmotogear.com/Krauser_Un ... 00-211.htm I had to drill a few holes through the plastic cover on the luggage rack...
