    Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

    New development - when checking the TPS position, it goes from 4.8 at fully closed to 77.0 NEARLY fully open, then at fully open jumps to 3.0. Seems the TPS is stuffed - correct?

    Thanks for that. I will check. I have noticed that if I turn the steering to the left lock position, the motor rev increases. Any advice in slackening the cables.

    To all learned gents and ladies, It seems my 2007 Griso's TPS goes out of calibration regularly. I have read MANY posts on how to recalibrate/reset the TPS, but what I want to know is WHY does it go out of calibration in the first place. Your comments appreciated.
