Im the owner of a V7 cafe, (exactly the same bike...ok, almost) and my advise is...the v7 is mostly a city bike or bar hopper...you will get a lot of attention and comments but its not really confortable, and really nack 20 hp to be enjoyable on the highway....my eldorado 73 is bay far more...

Im the owner of a V7 Cafe 2010...canadian specs and if Im using my heated vest and gloves on high setting, it drains the battery....its ok on low and thats it....learned the hard way, got the bike boosted....vest is 100 on high and gloves 50....
Only issue I got with my 2010 Cafe are:
Loose heat shield and clutch cable not adjusted and loose oil return line....strait out of the dealer fixed by myself in 2 mins no cost....
while the initial inspection, dealer forgot to order new valcover gaskets....lost the bike for a week end...

I been driving the v7 cafe for the last 3 years....done some improvement to it....but if u want a fast bike, it will max out a 180kmph or 155 2 up.... its a sweet ride but its a city bike to me....my eldorado 73 is more powerfull....but if power is not your thing I think its a sweet thing to...
A set of ProGrip gel grips is in order, and I just happen to have a spare set on the shelf in the garage.

Hey Guys,
Im planning to do the same thing on my eldo as the breather box was smoking like an exaust before I rebuilded the engine....
But I cant quite get the explanations....Anybody have pictures?
