Anyone have the part number for the speedo censor (2009)? I ordered a replacement from the dealer and he incorrectly sent me an ABS sensor. Apparently I need to be more explicit. -A
Looks awesome. Details on how much and did you have to send them your old rims as a template? Are the spokes SS or chrome? Still tubeless? And what happened to you OEM rims--mentioned something about them being bent? TY -A
1.) Came really close to selling the 2009 Stelvio. Put it out on Craiglist and when I started receiving emails asking to see her...I couldn't bring myself to reply. I had convinced myself to sell the MG and buy a Honda (cb1100) since the closest MG dealer is +1hour away, my warranty expired last...
It's the high 30's/low 40's this morning and I checked my tire pressure; Front 30 / Rear 38. So I pumped them up to 34/40 (manufacture recommends 36/42). My question is this--I know that when the tires warm up the PSI changes so I was concerned if I filled them to the recommended 36/42 when...
is there really enough of a difference between 80/90 and 85/90 to warrant purchasing two separate oils or can i use one for both. i understand not going cheap on the $$$ 10w90 for the engine but thought i would ask on the others...
Ok, so my dealership closed over a year ago and I need to do my first oil change... I purchased a Bosch 3330 replacement and anticipating issues with pulling the recessed OEM filter have a question about cap wrench size---Does anyone know if I will need to purchase 2 cap wrenches (one to pull...
Anyone ever have an issue with a burnt\melted lightbulb connector? I went to replace what I thought was a bad bulb over the weekend and the bulb ended up being ok but the connector was badly burnt and one of the wires had seperated\melted all the way through. I purchased a replacement connector...
1.) I recently had my tire changed and they put spoke weights on rather than the stick-to-the-rim type. Any concerns with said type on the Stelvio spoked rims because of the unique way they are sealed?
2.) Had the bike up on the center stand and ran it in first gear and heard a weird noise every...
When standing in front of the bike--the left headlight is out and the high beam indicator light is on regardless of which position the high beam switch is on. I've read several threads regarding the relay issue. Does this sound like just the bulb? Assuming the indicator light is designed to...
Found a replacement--OEM was only $118.
Long story but dealership went out of business and no one in town would touch the rim with it on the bike so I had to remove, take the rim/tire to a local Honda shop for the tire change and then re-install myself. I didn't know you need to use lock tight...
Anyone want to sell a used or know where I can get a (reasonably priced) replacement after market rear rotor? My rear rim came off the bike while riding (luckily at low speed) and I'm replacing every part that was possibly compromised....
I really worry for my local dealership, I live in Toledo, Ohio and if you are not familiar with our city, it's a blue collar and financially depressed (more so than even the rest of the country) town. On top of that as with most of American blue collar towns, Harley dominates. Don't get me wrong...
I copied the gearbox and transmission termonology from the shop manual. If anyone knows which is the rear drive and any other more common terms please reply and I will add them to their corresponding term that I copied--please specify in your post. Also, I love the feedback however, if you know...
