    I also exist , Griso back on road after new cam and followers , no thanks to nz importers, will post reject parts direct to moto guzzi direct. Dirlled out airbox in major way made a big improvement to how bike runs.......... see how long it all lasts. I live in west auckland

    Ordered parts from uk 512 pounds, quoted about 800us from San Antonio(but they don't ship, 1600 NZD from Melbourne and $800 nz for one cam here, so big range of prices internationally(2 cams 4 followers 4 gaskets). Sent letters of complaint to NZ importers and Piaggio somewhere in europe both...

    my griso has faulty cams the importers are telling me that the recall was done on the bike in 2009 and that piaggio will not revisit this(bike has 24000km) to be honest i don't think they even contacted them but who knows looks like will have to import oparts myself. Dissappointing whichever way...

    Wouldn't bother with them myself, even if there are warrenty issues, pretty sure you will end up doing all the donkey work yourself, sounds like u have it sussed anyhow.

    Swingarm bearings.

    Just a note the swingarm bearing on my yamaha scorpio sx4 225cc went at about 30000km, the dealers said they didn't get much crease on assembly so probably alot of manufacturers are stingy with grease packing!

    have 8v covered all terminal connections with black window sealant, replaced spark plug leads with cheap aftermarket ones sealed under lead cover with sealant also.

    Oxygen Sensor - Costly because of poor service

    Its comforting to know it doesn't matter where u are in the world bad service , overcharging and lack of knowledge abound in the motorcycle trade. Got the name of a man here who works from home and is supposed to be good, know more service centers if i can help it , best of luck to you all.

    I used a tube of window sealant for cars covered all terminals connections etc and anywhere thought water could get to ecu. also remember seal up speed sensor on back wheel. I dip the whole bike in it if i could.
