The one I engineered for my Quota and covered in Greg Benders Quota site is working great and I have had NO issues...no leaks no nothing! BTW the Quota oil pressure at start up and run up to 3000 RPM is 70 PSIG. When...

    Norge gas tank removal

re-installing the fuel tank is easily accomplished by using teflon trailer ball lubricant. Spread the teflon grease on the rubber front tank supports and slide the tank on. Use a #2 phillips screw driver to move the tank into location. I just did mine and had zero problems. :) Randy

    750 Breva 2007

Thanks for the follow up on our problems: We have solved the turn signal issue, not really a tough one. However the speedometer is a major concern. We do have full sweep when the ignition switch is turned on. Checking the pick up sensor should be the issue. The bike did have a major oil...

    750 Breva 2007

Some success today. The turn signal issue was found. There are two; two wire connectors under the headlight and are tightly secured with zip ties. Both the right & left front signals wires are stressed from turning the handle bar. We cleaned and sucured with zip ties. :D The speedo is still...

    Norge bulbs

I suggested removing the right side handle bar, "that is the riser and bar assemble". This is not totally necessary, but will prevent scratching the black dash panel. I just used common sense on re-installing to a good torque. Randy

    Norge oil pump failure?!

Dan Raidt just called me and asked me to check on my Norge build date. Mine with 23K+ miles was built in 02- 2007. This oil pump failure issue is a MAJOR concern. I'd like M.G.N.A. to be contacted, I'll volunteer if no dealers come forth to get a change point on the corrective action. This...

Oil pressure, warning triangle, aladins lamp

Oil pressure gage &l ight: I have made a manifold that bolts to the block at the oil pressure port. This manifold allows the use of a gage while still retaining the pressure light on the dash of my Quota. The info is posted on Greg Benders Quota site. I have not looked at installing on my...

U.S. Relay to the Rally 2009

Louise did the protective sleeve in honor of all of Guzzi Rally Riders. She thinks the whole idea is just great. I'd suggest a nice card at the end of the trip, maybe something from the National Rally. I'm hoping to attend and I'll let Racer X know as that date gets closer. I also like the idea...
