For the love of God, someone please talk some sense into me!

Mine only has 19,000 miles, and apart from a very early timing sensor failure at 500 miles it bike is rock solid. I have done at least two thousand miles in 24 hour runs, (not recommended) but the bike is comfortable, roomy, and fast. The Griso is a beautiful bike and I admire them, till the...

    Touring tires for Stelvio NTX

I currently have about 9,000 on a set of PR4 Trails and they have been good tires, starting to get some scalloping along the sidewalls but I may have some responsibility for that with lo tire pressure and reasonably aggressive riding. I can see 12,000 miles on the hind tire when properly...

    LED Fog Light Replacements anyone?

I bought a $39.00 set of LED lights from Amazon, so far so good! 12,000 miles and still fine. Have one spot on the left side, a flood on the right side. They work fine.

    Oil red tint

Easy.... I have a Ural and other than tire problems the bike has been hammer reliable since 2006! Russian tires have really stiff sidewalls and really soft tread compound, still less expensive per mile than higher quality tires!

    Interesting phenomenon!

I normally set my helmet on the tank / instrument panel which protects the panel from the sun, but the panel in mine has turned dark gray when exposed to full sun for a bit, returns to normal in a few minutes. I had a gen 1 Yamaha Seca 750 that did the same thing so I wasn't too concerned.

    HELP! An Unnatural Sound

My Stelvio does that too, mostly on the right side. Been told that it is the hydraulic chain tensioner draining back. Goes away in 3-4 seconds and isn't a concern to me. Bike is GuzziTeched and just ROCKS!

    1100 Sport Workshop Stand

I have 2 old automotive jack stands that I place under the frame where the spline frame attaches to the pork chop . I lean the bike over and kick one stand ( with a rag on the top to protect new paint) then lean it the other way and kick the second jackstand under the other side. It is very...

    Maps and what's in them

I have on occasion I have tried to reinvent the simple wheel, on ECU MAPS Todd has balanced and trued the wheel! Send him you ECU, and he sends you a MAP installed in the ECU that you know will not toast the engine and it works great! Money very well spent!

8V High Mileage / Good News Stories

My 13 Stelvio has been in my paws for about 16 months and except for a cam angle sensor problem which was likely my fault has been trouble free for 16,000 miles. Fully Guzziteched, good stuff!

    Error Code

I had a occasional seeming ramdon error codes, I had a slightly leaking OEM battery, installed a Anit Gravity battery, all good for the last 4 months. Expensive but worth it! Jay 13 Stelvio Orange, the lately trouble free one

Will I Be Glad I Bought One?

My 13 Stelvio has been a hoot! Had one minor problem that was a PIA, ( crank angle sensor failed) I posted on Wild Guzzi, got some excellent advice and the dealer in Baton Rouge fixed it up. Put the full Monty Guzzitech fueling package and Zard exhaust, money well spent. Todd's customer...

    Amperage on plug-in sockets

Wayne, my 2 power plugs ( on the dash and under the seat) are powered by a 5 amp fuse in the fuse box just forward of the steering head near where the dearly departed evap. canister resided. I also have my PCv Auto tune powered by that lead that goes to the rear plug, so I have even less amps...

    Amperage on plug-in sockets

Blows the fuse..... I have the little Slime compressor and it blew the fuse almost immediately . I have the little plug for a battery tender and as John mentioned it works great. Jay

2013 Stelvio - NTX Driving Lights

Hi Wayne, I installed a set of the Amazon 27wt LED < 50 bucks delivered. Figured if a little is better.... You know how that goes. I put a spot on the LH and a flood on the RH. With the spot I can see oncoming drivers ducking! How did you wire the dimmer, did you just wire it in series...

    Quill end can/silencer

I have the Zard exhaust, airbox mod, reflash, PCV with Autotune and Todd's apparently infinite expertise and patience my 13 NTX (orange) has a huge torque increase, runs MUCH cooler, better throttle response, no surging, probably has a bunch of extra HP. Next time I can get to town I...
