    Exhaust seals for crossover

I have an 04 cafe sport. I noticed the exhaust crossover was loose (not cracked). In looking at it closer I cannot see where to tighten it. I went to a dealer and looked at the parts chart and noticed it had a gasket and no clamp. I know there is some sequence for removing and replacing the...

    Exhaust crossover pipe

I suspect this might be an old topic. The exhaust pipe right under my steering heard connecting both header pipes is loose. No amount of clamp tightening will tighten it. Is it cracked and will welding be able to repair it? Is there a better one available? BTW, this is for a 04 Cafe Sport...

    Exhaust Advice

Thank you for the information. It seems that the way to go is with the stucchi cross over and new headers. Why are my stock headers with the crossover tube not effective? While at this point I am inclined to go with the carbon cans, I am wondering if the two into one system has any real...

    Exhaust Advice

I own a 2004 Cafe Sport. Currently it has the stock exhaust on it. I am looking to change that to an aftermarket one. However, I don't seem to be able to find real hard date or facts reguarding performance. What I am getting is that it is all personal choice. I have looked at the Ti Moto Guzzi...
